Birds at Singapore Botanic Gardens

It is always fascinating to photograph birds. They are elusive, shy and beautiful.
There are many kinds of birds found in Singapore. With correct techniques and patience, it is not that difficult to locate birds.

The first thing we need to train is to "listen" with our ears. Very often they are just nearby to us which we will easily missed it. above bird is a type of kingfisher with beautiful navy blue wings and head.

this type of birds like to hang on branches which do not have thick vegetation.
